Quick answers before you decide

Can foreigners buy property in Turkey?

Yes. Most nationalities can hold a Turkish title deed in their own name. Before you buy we check the deed, debts and occupancy permit (İskan), and we accompany you to the land registry.

Do you also sell property in Syria?

Yes. We work across all Syrian governorates — Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus, Idlib, Deir ez-Zor, Hasakah and more — listing apartments, villas, shops, land and buildings, with ownership and deed type (green deed, court ruling, notarised POA) verified before listing.

What is the minimum for Turkish citizenship by property?

One or more properties worth at least USD 400,000 according to a licensed valuation report, with a 3-year no-sale annotation on the deed. We confirm the current rules with you before purchase.

Can I view and buy remotely?

Yes. We run live video viewings, send all reports and documents, and the purchase can be completed through a notarised power of attorney.

What are the extra buying costs in Turkey?

Typically a 4% title-deed fee on the declared value, plus valuation report, translation and notary. You get a full cost sheet before committing.
